Terms of Service

These terms govern use of NAJ Tap, operated by NAJ Marketing & Business Development ("NAJ Tap", "we"). By creating an account or publishing a page, a business agrees to these terms on its own behalf and on behalf of anyone it authorizes to use its account.

NAJ Tap provides a hosted smart-link page, engagement tools (coupons, games, feedback, lead capture), and a digital loyalty/Apple Wallet card system for local businesses. Plan tiers and included features are as described in the admin dashboard at time of signup and may change with notice.

A business is responsible for the accuracy of the content it publishes and for keeping its account credentials secure. A business may not use NAJ Tap to:

• publish unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content;
• collect customer data beyond what it discloses to those customers;
• attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions; or
• resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

Leads, coupon claims, loyalty enrollments, and feedback submitted through a business's page belong to that business. The business is responsible for its own compliance with applicable data-protection and marketing laws when it contacts those customers — NAJ Tap provides the collection tool, not legal compliance on the business's behalf.

Paid tiers are billed as agreed at signup or renewal. Suspending or downgrading an account for non-payment does not delete a business's data; published pages may become unavailable until the account is brought current.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (e.g. Apple's push service, our hosting provider) are outside our direct control.

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, published pages are taken offline; we'll retain account data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

NAJ Tap is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or lost customer data resulting from a business's own misconfiguration.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
